Color Combination Obsession: Browns mixed with corals...

To warm up the season, I love the color combination of rich browns and sun kissed corals... Shades of coral contrast shades of brown brilliantly, bringing a brightness to an otherwise subdued hue...

Walkin' Wednesday: The brown edition...

Shoes are the key to every great outfit, an accessory that will complement the new trends year after year...  a sexy shoe will make you feel dangerous, daring and without a fear...
Whether the season is summer, winter, spring or fall, a great shoe says it all... enjoy!!!

Monday's delectible rooms...

I am a big fan of using brown tones in home decor as seen in these beautifully executed rooms... like an array of fine chocolates; there are touches of dark, milk and white sprinkled throughout, with a blend of caramel, toffee and butterscotch mixed in... Happy Monday!!!

Wednesday's Living Spaces...

When I saw this NYC penthouse apartment featured in Elle Decor, I was struck by the strong presence of the wall art seen in the first room shot... The multitude of colors displayed is an open invitation for the use of color in the room... The brown velvet chaise, the moss and maroon striped fabrics and the shades of pink seen in the pillow and flowers give the right amount of color needed to keep the eye focused on the art set as the room's focal point...  The terrace is also decorated subtly, not to take away from its own focal point... CENTRAL PARK... how dreamy...
