Not your typical garment display...

As one of those people with limited closet space and no walls to knock down or rooms to convert,  I daydream about how I can work my wardrobe into other living spaces... shoe organizers hung on doors work, but aren't very attractive and piling clothes on top of each other in an effort to make things fit in your closet just doesn't cut it... 

On last week's episode of Design Star, I fell in love with the idea of a showroom feel for your treasured bags, shoes and outfits... framed to size, display your goods like the works of art that they are... definitely a future DIY... until Monday!!!

Obsession: Collars...

I feel that the collar doesn't get the right praise it should... It's an accessory that many of us have and that can turn any look around... Whether it's a collared shirt or a collared neckpiece, having those collars out helps make an outfit... enjoy!!!

Wonderful days spent on the beach, relaxing without a worry and I even came home with some beautiful driftwood...

My latest accessory obsession has to be the boyfriend watch... sometimes a small, delicate wrist adornment appears too minimal and anything other than simple earrings and bare neck would be too much...

Seasonal accessory wardrobe update...

With the purchase of key pieces for the upcoming summer season, I also make sure to pick up accessories that will take me through the warmest of months... since there will be times where the heat will make you want to be as bare as possible, it is key to have the right accessories at your disposal to take even the simplest of looks one step further... the latest addition to my accessory wardrobe are these white Kate Spade Gumdrop earrings... cool, chic and to the point, Kate Spade once again does not disappoint... enjoy!!!

Obsession: Kicking the typical suit up a notch...

While I can sometimes get away with wearing pieces of my after hours wardrobe to the office, these times are far and few between as a suit is more fitting for my conservative business setting... but a suit doesn't have to be so typical and with a few quick "fixes", a suit can be turned into a look more chic than geek... enjoy!!!

While sometimes less is more, layered jewelry gives that statement a run for its money...
