Riding in heels...

In the states, riding around town tending to errands and even making the trek to work is part of our daily routine... in Sicily, glamourous women have taken cycling to another level by riding in heels... here's to all the chic cyclers... happy Monday!!!

The day has finally come and I'm off to spend my days on cobble stoned streets filled with scooters and quaint shops... 

and evenings by the sea with glasses of fine wine and lots of fresh pasta...

Travel Obsession: Taorima,Sicily...

During my last trip to Sicily, the boy and I took an overnight trip to Taorima... a magical town by the sea... couldn't help but think of Taorima when I saw these pictures... enjoy!!!

All booked...

I've set the dates and booked my trip to Sicily...

This photo reminds me of the balcony on the boy's family palazzo where we lower a basket to the calls of the morning bread delivery... after placing a few euros in the basket, down it goes... filled with lovely pane its pulled up and off we go to have our breakfast... the count down begins... I'm off for a week long business trip... until then, Ciao Ciao!!!
