Wardrobe upgrade idea...

The last few days have been warmer than normal, but a bit damp tempting me to wear my trench coat... but since my trench coat is more suited for spring and fall, I've been racking my brain on ways to layer it for this weather... a faux fur vest won't work with the mist in the air so I loved it when I came upon the idea of layering a sweater vest over it... enjoy!!!

I have been noticing pictures of Belstaff ready to wear everywhere... beautifully photographed, jackets appear strong, structured to perfection... sweaters showed an attention to detail that you can practically envision feeling, running your fingers along the woven knit...

I was excited to purchase a pair of silk pants for my fall wardrobe and cannot wait to wear them...  such a fab piece to wear when wardrobe drama is not your thing... slip them on with heels and instant glam...even wearing flats make getting dressed easy but still put together...  Have a great weekend!!!

As I have mentioned {before}, rain boots just don't work for me... but then my mom sent me the link to these...

Finding that perfect sweater is a tough thing... and when you have one, keeping it fresh is another... 

Update your favorite sweater with a fancy, shiny necklace or one that's rough and tough... layer over a tee or layer up a short sleeve sweater with a turtleneck... wonderful weekend wishes!!!

Sometimes a cardigan just won't cut it and a jacket is not the right touch... how do you find that happy medium you ask... I found it with a shaggy sweater coat...

Fall fever...

Such beautiful fall weather this weekend... spent days lightly wrapped and strolling around town... running errands and window shopping along the way... if only the weekend lasted a little bit longer... off to start the short week before my trip... Happy Monday!!!

Leather covered pockets, shoulders, and lapels were seen all over the runway... 

I love how this cardigan rocks leather covered pockets yet still has a soft feel... my fall fashion leather adorned addition is a black tee with leather shoulders... a definite pack on for my trip to Miami next week... changing days up this week, see you Thursday!!!
