Closet intervention...

With my closets stuffed to the point where things were starting to pile on top of each other, it was time to invest in an armoire... 

After finding the armoire and setting it in place, it's time to start filling it...

I'll be going through my closets and switching around seasonal wear this weekend... the perfect way to welcome fall... until Monday!!!

The after mass...

I returned from my trip and was set to enjoy a relaxing few days before heading back to work only to be stuck at home by the hurricane... while the weather was discouraging, it was a great excuse to tend to those over stuffed closets...

Wednesday's Chalkboard styling...

Over the weekend, I stopped in at a quaint market store and fell head over heels with the chalkboard shelves inscribed with chalk descriptions... while chalkboard menus have become a common feature in stores and restaurants alike, I was truly inspired by this different twist on the labeling of shelves... I think this would be a great DIY project for a kitchen with open shelves...
